Dr. Swapnil Bangali

Dr. Swapnil Bangali completed his LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and enrolled himself as an Advocate in Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in 2004. He completed his LL.M. in Constitutional Law and Legal Order in 2006 from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Simultaneously, he completed his DLL&LW, DTL and DIPL. In 2005, he cleared the examination of Judicial Magistrate in the State of Maharashtra. Dr. Swapnil has a keen interest in academics and research. He is a former Associate Professor from School of Law, Auro University, Surat and also worked as a faculty in Symbiosis Law School, Pune. In 2006, he passed UGC-NET. ... He completed the Winter School Certificate Program on Cyber Security and Cyber Law at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar and was awarded as the Best Participant for the same in 2012. He was invited in Berlin School of Economics and Law, Berlin (Germany) in 2015 to deliver sessions on Police Law and Constitutional Law. He was awarded with a Doctorate by Symbiosis International University in the field of Information Technology Law in 2016. He has achieved a fit of delivering more than 150 guest lectures and sessions on various platforms in various institutions and universities of high repute in India and abroad. He authored a book on “Law Relating to Contraventions under the Information Technology Act, 2000” which is forwarded by Adv. Ujjwal Nikam, Special Public Prosecutor, Government of Maharashtra. He had presented many papers on contemporary issues in law in various national and international seminars and conferences. He is Invitee Reviewer for the International Journal for Public Policy which is a scopus journal published by Inderscience and the Editorial Board Member for Journal of Army Law College and External Peer Reviewer for Alliance Journal of Corporate and Commercial Laws. Dr. Swapnil has published numerous articles in various refereed and reputed National and International Journals. He is currently Honorary Director, Centre for Information Communication Technology and Law, Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. He is also Member of General Council, Standing Committee, Executive Council, Finance Committee, Research Council and Academic Council for Maharashtra National University Mumbai. He is member of Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies in Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. Adv. (Dr.) Swapnil Bangali is instrumental in training the accredited agencies such as IRS Officers, Central Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement Directorate in National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur for the Digital Evidence and legal issues for last one decade. He was involved in training IDAS officers in National Academy for Defense Financial Management, Pune. He has trained various stock market experts, Grievance Redressal Committees of Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange in National Institute of Securities Management. He is involved in the training of CGST, Customs and police officers in the Police Training Centre at Khandala, National Academy of Customs, Indirect Tax and Narcotics Zonal Campus Vadodara and the Police Officers and Public Prosecutors in State of Maharashtra in Maharashtra Police Academy, Nashik. Adv. (Dr.) Swapnil Bangali has also tried his hands in various matters in civil and criminal courts. He is currently handling various matters ranging from the very famous Principal Honrao Murder case, helping the victims and various civil cases in civil courts and family courts. Dr. Swapnil is also vivid writer and literature lover. He has Completed the journey from Jammu to Kanyakumari (7800 kms.) on two-wheeler for unity & integrity of the Nation. (Within 11 days: from 2nd Oct, 2007 to 13th Oct, 2007) under the aegis of Mission Bharat.

Dr. Harita Shinde Bangali

Dr. Harita Shinde Bangali is Honorary Director for Centre for Advanced Legal Studies, Training and Research (CALSTAR) in Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. She is designated Associate Professor in Practice in School of Law, Sandip University, Nashik. She completed her LL.B. from The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, Gujarat in 2003 and registered herself as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Gujarat in 2003. She completed her LL.M. in Criminal Law from The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, Gujarat in 2006. She was awarded with Doctorate in DNA Technology and Law from The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, Gujarat in 2014 under the guidance of Dr. ... She cleared the Examination of District Judge in 2018,2019, 2021 and 2022 for the state of Gujarat and Judicial Magistrate First Class and Civil Judge Junior Division in 2007 and 2010 in the state of Maharashtra. She holds more than 17 years of experience in Litigation, Academics and Corporate field. She had worked as journalist in Divyabhaskar in 2005 and also worked as a News Reader in VNM News, K TV and Aaj Kal Gujarati News Channels from 2003 to 2006.
She was a faculty in Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2006. She worked with The Mindcrest India Pvt. Ltd-LPO as Senior Legal Attorney Associate on US Legal System from January 2007 to July 2008. She had worked with Infosys LPO as Senior Attorney Associate Legal- From August 2009 to August 2011. She was also Member of Infosys LPO Academy, Editor of Infosys news Letter, Knowledge Management Representative of LPO Project in Infosys.
She Practiced law in Baroda District, Pune District Court and at Gujarat High Court and has practical legal knowledge in dealing with Civil and Criminal matters. She also holds experience in Corporate Laws- Legal matters of the company affairs, drafting of Agreements and contracts /compliance and legal cases, Intellectual Property laws, Consumer Protection laws, family-property disputes, DRT, Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims.
She undertook Legal consultancy, Drafting Deeds and Documents and dealing with matters like Civil Law, Criminal Law, IT Laws, IPR, Company and Insurance Laws in Pune and Baroda.
She had delivered guest lectures on Forensic Science and Law in Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She was a visiting faculty in School of Law, MIT World Peace University Pune, New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune and delivered National Level webinar for School of Law, Sandip University, Nashik.
She has also co-authored one book on “Law Relating to Contraventions under the Information Technology Act, 2000”, which was forwarded by Adv. Ujjwal Nikam, Special Prosecutor, Government of Maharashtra. She has presented papers on contemporary issues in the field of IP and IT Laws in various national and international seminars and conferences and also published papers in renowned international journals. Dr. Harita Shinde Bangali has also tried her hands in various matters in civil and criminal courts. She is currently handling various matters ranging from the very famous Principal Honrao Murder case, helping the victims and also various civil cases in civil courts and family courts in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Dr. Harita Shinde Bangali has vivid interests in arts and culture. She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and an art lover.
